Sourcing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the company's procurement strategy:
  • Develop a comprehensive procurement strategy plan based on the company's development goals
  • Closely monitor industry dynamics, analyze the market environment, and adjust the procurement strategy in a timely manner
  • Conduct supplier and product market analysis, and formulate procurement policies that meet actual needs
• Manage supplier resources and procurement business execution:
  • Explore and establish high-quality supplier resources, and promote the implementation of new business opportunities
  • Take the lead in the formulation, negotiation, and execution of supplier cooperation agreements
  • Establish a comprehensive supplier information management and evaluation system
• Optimize procurement product management:
  • Strictly monitor the performance of supplier contracts, formulate annual procurement budgets, and implement cost control measures
  • Closely monitor market price trends and adjust procurement cost control strategies in a timely manner
  • Track industry technology development trends and optimize supply chain cooperation models
• Maintain efficient collaboration with internal departments:
  • Communicate closely with departments such as supply chain and sales to quickly respond to business needs
  • Continuously optimize procurement workflows and management standards

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in supply chain or engineering.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of procurement management experience, familiar with procurement processes and management methods. Preference for candidates with manufacturing industry experience.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, Chinese, andMandarin (both verbal and written).
• Expertise in supply chain management, cost control, market analysis, and business negotiations.
• Possess independent decision-making ability and strong execution skills, able to adapt to relatively high work pressure.
• Have keen insights into industry development trends and the ability to take initiative.
• Work Location: Hong Kong (Occasional business trips to Mainland China and other countries required.)
• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered as  Senior Sourcing Manager.
• Immediate availability is also preferred.
