Job Responsibilities:

• Be fully conversant with spa services and facilities

• Handle and accurately record all guest bookings for spa services

• Upsell spa services and spa products

• Enhance guest recognition at all times by interacting with guests them on a professional level

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel Spa operation in an upscale, deluxe hotel is preferred

• Good interpersonal skills and service oriented

• Cheerful, outgoing and guest oriented
