Sr. Logistic Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the logistics team on daily logistics operations, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.
• Manage bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistics providers.
• Review and prepare a full set of Shipping Documentation for air/ocean/truck import/export shipments.
• Recognize possible problems and promptly bring them to the attention of the appropriate personnel to ensure successful resolution.
• Actively engage and collaborate with essential parties to foster effective communication.
• Assist in tracking to budget and ensure proper management of variances.
• Oversee vendor performance metrics and internal service agreements.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and import/export laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with a diploma or degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 5 year experience in related field
• Experience in freight forwarding and freight forwarder management
• Experienced and knowledgeable in full sets of shipment documentation
• Familiar with SAP/Oracle ERP system process in preferable
• Supervisory experience is preferred Compensation:
• Strong data analytical skills, detail orientated, good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and handle pressure in dynamic, fast pace environment, and well organized
• Mandarin speaking is preferable
• Willing travel to Shenzhen depends on business needs  (at least once per month)
