Job Description

• Oversee daily operations and activities of retail store
• Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders and manage visual displays
• Analyse and monitor store and individual sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions
• Manage the store schedule, cash management and security and loss prevention programs
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Uphold the brand standards for store presentation, product knowledge and selling processes
• Give suggestions to management for sales plan formulation.

Requirement

• At least 3-5 years retail sales experience in luxury retail
• Strong people management skill, able to motivate and inspire the team effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving sales target
• Knowledge in Cigars / Wine / Coffee / Chocolate is a plus
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Less experience will consider as Assistant Store Manager / Sales Associate
