Structural Engineer (Steel Work)

As of now, LEMON has revitalised more than 30 shopping centres and markets, with 2,000,000 sq. ft. in total, maximizing I.F.A of each venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering solution, design and implementation of Building works including temp work design
• Resolve and facilitate with site progress and deliverables.
• Identify design and construction issues and coordinate relevant stakeholders from consultants to sub-contractors.
• Oversee site supervision, review proposals from contractors to ensure compliance with required quality and safety policies.

Requirements

• Holder of Registered Professional Engineer (civil or structural)
• Degree Holder or above in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in structural works.
• Steel fabrication and sitework experience are a must
• At least 4 years of site works experience must be obtained in local construction sites for delivering input of buildability, construction planning, fabrication, shop drawings / structural calculations coordination, erection method, etc. as well as carrying out any necessary site supervision and construction coordination.
