Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise a small team, providing support and mentor a team of technicians
• Responsible for installation and repair of related hardware equipment
• Provides operations, troubleshooting and the technical support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently
• Root cause failures and provide documentation and presentation of all test results
• Prepare regular report and documents 
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineer Mechanical or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in repair and troubleshooting
• Problems solving, multi-tasking and and strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
