RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a brand ambassador of A+O and build up strong customer relationship
• Drive sales by achieving store and individual sales target/ KPIs requirement
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
• Responsible for daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,  stock management and store transfer requests, display of products
• Maintain an active sales floor presence to assist and coach staff in developing strong client relationships
• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of retail sales experience, at least 2 years at management level (preferably with Fashion Retail experience)
• Strong in store operations, people management & training
• Manage day-to-day needs and administration
• Supervise the team to achieve sales targets
• Provide training to subordinate & new join staff
• Good communication skill, can work independently & has positive attitude
• Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Basic PC skill
