職位描述

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our client’s fast-growing team.

 

Description:

  • Set up and maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms, including projectors, video conferencing systems, and audio equipment.

  • Provide technical support during meetings and events to ensure all

    IT systems function correctly.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that arise in meeting rooms promptly.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and improvements to meeting room technology.

  • Train staff on the use of meeting room IT equipment and software.

  • Maintain an inventory of meeting room IT equipment and ensure all devices are in good working condition.

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above

  • 3+ experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing systems, audio-visual equipment, and networking.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train non-technical
