System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions aligned with business needs and best practices
• Define technical strategies to enhance system reliability, performance, and security, including managing AWS deployment configurations and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders(business users, developers, project managers, tech leads) to gather requirements, define workflows, translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps, and ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Lead development teams, providing technical guidance, ensuring adherence to architecture, and maintaining high software quality through code reviews and best practices
• Develop and document software architecture, contribute to development as needed, and recommend technologies to enhance systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Higher diploma acceptable).
• 6+ years of experience in software development or as a System Analyst
• Expertise in full-stack development (frontend: C#, React, PHP, Dart; backend: Node.js, Express.js, etc.). - Knowledge of database development (SQL: MSSQL, MySQL; NoSQL: DynamoDB), with integration experience preferred
• Proficiency in NestJS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, microservice architecture, and AWS services is an advantage
• Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns, principles, and best practices
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, such as Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and SDLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose efficient and scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing priorities
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in both Cantonese and English
• Immediate Available is preferred
