What You’ll Do:

• Innovate & Implement: Understand business processes and craft IT solutions to drive success.
• Lead Projects: Define project scopes, devise plans, and steer projects to completion.
• Application Support Excellence: Applications Troubleshooting, provide technical solutions, manage databases, and ensure top-notch application performance.
• Ensure Compliance: Align with US SOX standards and participate in IT control activities.
• Adhere to Standards: Follow SDLC and change control procedures to ensure quality development.
• Take on Challenges: Embrace additional duties and grow with us!

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Tertiary qualification in computing or IT-related fields.
• Enterprise Resources Planning: Experiences in Tier 1 ERP application support and implementation (e.g. JDE, SAP, Oracle etc…).
• Technical: Knowledge in programming languages and databases (e.g. Microsoft VS.NET, MS SQL Server, MS Power Platform).
• Project Management & Cloud Savvy: Experience with project management and cloud technologies (e.g. MS Azure) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team Player: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit.
• Eager Learner: Proactive, enthusiastic, and always ready to learn.
• Experience Matters: Position title may vary based on your level of experience.
