People Department is under Cathay Subsidiary Services umbrella providing services Cathay Pacific Airways Limited’s subsidiaries including Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end selection process including but not limited to job posting, screening, conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics for reporting and analyzing purpose.
- To liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand the hiring criteria and source the right candidate.
- To build a strong candidate pipeline by implementing different recruitment strategies.
- Proactive and results-driven, consistently seeking new and innovative ways to attract and retain top talent.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 4-year solid experiences in recruitment/ human resources from a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Proactive and results-driven oriented.
- Team player, Detail minded and Responsible.
- Good Planning & Organising skills, Self-motivated and Can-do spirit.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
