We are looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform first hand IT helpdesk/technical support to users for office, retail shops and warehouse
- Provide support in troubleshooting on application, network and hardware
- Provide 2nd tier user support
- Assist for network equipment installation, configuration and maintenance
- Support regular network and system performance checking, deploy fixes, patches and updates to optimize performance
- Conduct training to end-users on computers, printers, mobile devices and related matters
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s of relevant experience in IT supporting role
- Knowledge in PC hardware, Windows OS and Mac OS
- Experience in writing VB Script and html is an advantage
- Knowledge in TCP/IP, VPN, WAN, LAN is a plus
- Good communication and problem solving skills, agile and attention to detail
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
