Technical Support Officer

• troubleshooting
• network, cloud and cyber security
• program testing and helpdesk calls

• Responsible for computer hardware/software procurement and troubleshooting
• Responsible for network, cloud and cyber security monitoring and follow-up
• Responsible for program testing and helpdesk calls
• Occasionally non-office hour support required
• Carry on any tasks assigned by the management 

Job Requirement

• Diploma holder or above in computer related disciplines
• Minimum 4-year solid working experience in IT industry
• Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese
• Active, cooperative and initiative; Independent, able to work under pressure
• IT certifications in Microsoft and AWS is an advantage
