Responsibilities
• Contact and schedule appointments with potential clients (overseas & Hong Kong) to inform them of preferential services the company has to offer
• Provide professional phone etiquette at all times ( Tonality, Speech, Speed of message delivery )
• To fact find from clients and accurately convey the information to relevant parties
• Positive, confident and enthusiastic when pitching to clients
• Keep track and record keep of progress & to follow up on appointments in a timely manner
• Accurate Knowledge of Product/Services offered to Clients
Requirements
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
• Positive attitude and professional aptitude
• Negotiation Skills & Ability to Resolve Issues
• Good at establishing rapport and communicates effectively
