Job Description

We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science and Technology:

Temporary Clerk (S&T) (Ref: 240024R) 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointees will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Assisting in the daily activities of the School;
  • Performing general clerical duties;
  • Handling enquiries;
  • Assisting in event duties where necessary;
  • Maintaining files & records with digital scanning system; and
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics;
  • Self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good organization and interpersonal skills;
  • Good computer skills; and
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
