(URGENT) SENIOR RESIDENTIAL MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities: 

• Report to Head of Residential Marketing
• Plan and formulate the marketing strategies in line with the business strategy of the company 
• Overseeing management of both strategic & operational directions regarding destination market, leading the team in the implementation of strategies, plans and targets for all marketing activities 
• Work closely with internal team and external vendors (e.g. agencies and contractors, etc.) and make sure all the projects are in line with the scheduled timeline and relevant project standards
• Ensure all the advertising materials such as design of showflat, marketing materials, sales offices, exhibition are well implemented and delivered 
• Conduct marketing research to support any required projects
• Occasionally business travel is required

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years or above experience in related industries (preferably in property developer). Candidates who have overseas marketing experiences have an advantage.
• Self-driven, result-driven, able to work proactively and independently
• A good team leader who can make decisive decisions and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good at stakeholder management
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
