Job Description

Job duties:

  • Responsible for sales materials receive/ deliver & some handling of cartons movement & stock counting.
  • Manage sales materials records, including stocks movement, stocks replenish, and coordinate with operation team and external logistic party for delivery.
  • Liaise with retail outlets for monthly sales materials order & delivery.
  • Handle daily admin work, data input, filing and document preparation
  • Provide support to HR & other operations teams
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects, such as exhibition, retail shops opening/closure, events, activities, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchase sales materials, stationery, etc
  • Liaise with external party to accomplish job duties
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Good Computer knowledge including MS office and Chinese word processing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive working experience.
  • Well organized, proactive and willing to learn.
