職位描述

The responsibilities associated with this position include but are not limited to the following;

Duties:
 

  • Organize, plan and manage the warehouse inventory and storage area.
  • Regularly reporting the capacity status of warehouse including new and long staging items.
  • Coordinating with operation and sales team on a daily basis as to ensure smooth inbound, outbound and storage area.
  • Daily pick and pack the goods based on the DN correctly (Hands on work is a necessary for this case).
  • Receive and perform inspection for all incoming shipments (Hands on work is a necessary for this case).
  • Release the goods to assigned truckers / installer (based on DN).
  • Responsible for Warehouse Online Sales issues.
  • Prepare Goods Receiving report against with photos and submit by same day of inspection.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and tasks where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines.
  • At least 1-3 years hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Knowledge in furniture business is an advantage.
  • Strong at MS Office Skills (Excel and Word).
  • Good communication, problemsolving and decision-making skill.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
