Warehouse Manager / Assistant Warehouse Manager - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement duties, including handling equipment, packing material, trucking arrangements, and warehouse maintenance
• Manage warehouse staff, and provide necessary training
• Lead and manage warehouse day-to-day operation, including but not limited to oversee warehousing, inventory control, stock management, and policies implementation
• Monitor productivity and recommend improvements to optimize the processes and related investments
• Ensure good communication with different external and internal parties
• Support in proposal preparation
• Achieve the cost target set up by the company

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in logistics or trading company
• Good communication and influence, strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent Decision-making capabilities
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to shift
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Manager
