Marketing Support Executive

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer services or similar role, preferably in event management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced multi-tasks environment
• Self-motivated, sales-oriented and a good team-player
   

 Responsibilities:

• Support event planning, deployment and coordinate among clients and internal production team;
• Work on Procurement, Purchase and logistics arrangement for event deployment
• Collaborate with event management team to support client requirement and expectations;
• Continuously seek ways to improve and betterment of customer experience
