About the role

·         Meat cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning, slicing and grinding to precise specifications (All kind of meats)

·         Weighing, packing, pricing, displaying and labelling products

·         Maintain accurate stock checking record, budget and inventory control

·         Keep temperature record to ensure the freshness and compliance of food safety and quality standard

·         Cleaning of kitchen tools, operational equipment and working area, ensure in good working condition

·         Work closely with culinary team to support daily operation of kitchen

·         Maintain high degree of hygiene, food safety, work safety standards and safe storage procedures

·         Maintain good standard of sanitation, food production, quality, appearance and safety levels

·         Comply with regulations of Health Department

We are looking for someone who is/has

·         Excellent knowledge in specialist preparation of meat

·         Knowledge in meat science, food engineering or related disciplines is preferable

·         Proven relevant working experience in catering, food & beverage or retail industry

·         Team player with good interpersonal skill, communicate with culinary team, delivery team and customer

·         Strong mathematical skill, logic and strong sense of responsibility

·         Good in spoken and written English, other languages would be an asset

·         Immediate available is highly preferred
