Customer Service Representative

Anytime Fitness is a leading global 24-hour gym brand with over 5,600 clubs worldwide. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has a passion for health and fitness to join our team and work in a friendly and passionate working environment. 

Job Responsibilities :

• Providing excellent customer service to members and potential clients

• Handling membership sales and sign-ups

• Building relationship with members and increasing member retention

• Ensuring members comply with club rules and regulations

• Executing daily operation and administrative work

• Ensuring the cleanliness and general upkeep of the gym and the equipment

Job Requirements :

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

• Passionate about health and fitness

• Energetic, friendly, courteous, and a good team player

• Detail-oriented

• Good command in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel 

• Minimum 1-year working experience

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days, shift (Monday to Saturday 12:00 - 21:00 / Sunday 12:00 - 17:00)
