Senior Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing)

Job duties:

• Develop and implement strategic digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms, including social media, search engines, programmatic display, and third party media
• Collaborate closely with vendor to ideate, create, and deliver compelling and engaging ad content and creative.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Formulate brand and marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure, drive sales and support long-term business growth
• Monitor competitors’ digital activities and research competitor landscape, benchmarks, and latest market trends
• Perform and handle other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
 

• Tertiary educated in Digital Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years relevant working experience with digital marketing experience in beauty brand/ personal care is preferable
• With updated Digital Marketing tactics
• Strong project management, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, analytical, proactive, adaptable to fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
