��������Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the project timeline and detailed workplan (e.g., recruitment, program design, training, events).
- Coordinate between different departments (marketing, training, app development) to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and provide regular updates to the Project Director and key stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks and ensure contingency plans are in place to address potential challenges.
- Oversee staff onboarding and ensure team members are aligned with their roles and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
���� Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in community-focused projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
