Product Manager (Digital Product)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and plan for assigned product and solutions, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Create and refine the core positioning and messaging for the product, ensuring it effectively communicates the value proposition to target customers.
• Drive the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Manage the product sales pipeline, tracking and analyzing key metrics, and delivering revenue forecasts to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing growth.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement.

Characters / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in computer science, marketing, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management and development, or a related role.
• Results-oriented and proactive mindset, with a natural drive for achieving business goals and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work independently and professionally with management at all levels, effectively influencing and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Work well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with good time management skills.
• Knowledge and concept in UX design and Artificial Intelligence models is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
