Systems Engineer / Consultant (RPA)

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Participate in RPA development formulate ideas, collecting and analysing user requirements and product design
• Provide help for liaise with various business / technical units, daily communications with different stakeholders and follow up enquiries
• Analyse requirements and assess detailed solutions options from a system and business process perspective
• Technical development and support implementation of Robot
• Provide production supports, investigate and fix application problems
• Handle ad-hoc service requests and user enquiries
• On site development and support is required

Requirements:

 

• Diploma holder or above in IT or Computer related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in IT industry
• Knowledge and experience to support the following solutions will be an advantage
  • Leading RPA Tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.)
  • Workflow solution
  • Holders with RPA certifications
• Good communication skill
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of English will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Systems Engineer, Fresh Graduate is also considerable
