職位描述
- Provide administrative support to the sales team from order processing, logistics arrangement to reports preparation, data input and documentations
- Liaise with different parties internally and externally for daily operational issues
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
- Perform general receptionist duties, include handle all incoming calls, courier and mailing matters
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above with 1-2 years working experience in sales administration
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Experience in ERP system is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred, fresh graduate are also welcomed
