The Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a driving and analytical individual to help lift the company’s business in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and parts of China to the next level, specifically within construction related to water transmission, wastewater handling and treatment, HVAC and district cooling as well as building service and Pumping. You will be reporting directly to the Company Operations Manager of and have the following focus areas:

• Sales Quotations and Order Processing: In collaboration with our Operations Manager, you will be supporting the company sales team to structure sales quotations for our customer in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Offshore and Marine. Similarly, once a quotation turns into to an order, you will be responsible for ERP System input and order processing.

• CRM, IT system and Process Management: You will support the company Operations Manager with managing & maintaining sales processes in our CRM and ERP system, which includes updating and maintaining price lists, customer info etc.

• Inspection planning and Coordination:Some of our products require inspection before shipping out from our factories. Your responsibility will be to support the Operations Manager in coordinating with our appointed inspection company and factory to make sure the inspection happens timely and most optimally from a cost point of view.

• Sales Management and Projects: In relation to large projects, support the operation manager and sales team regarding product presentations, customer meetings and pricing.

• Business Intelligence:You will support the Operations Manager in preparing data reports for the sales team and General Manager.

Qualifications, skills & experience required

1. Educational degree, university or other preferred
2. 2-3 years working experience preferred, fresh graduates accepted.
3. Experience in sales or operations areas or logistic operations is a plus
4. Self-motivated, well organized, fast learner and ability to work independently
5. Strong skills in Excel and IT savviness, Knowledge of ERP system is a plus.
6. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
