Your New Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving insurance-related questions.
  • Process policy changes, updates, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documents, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality.
  • Provide technical support to the Business Development Team.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Team Manager.

What you need to succeed

  • Possessed qualifications in IIQE (Paper I & II) is a must
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance/brokering industry related with medical, life, general insurance or related fields
  • Strong English language skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • University degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
