Quantity Surveyor - NEC / MiC

Responsibilities:

• Carry out with quantity surveying works including contract administration, interim payment applications, variation claims and final accounts (MiC).
• Responsible to subletting works, compensation event, budget forecast, etc.
• Attend Client’s QS meeting and follow up commercial matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Familiar with handling government contracts / projects
• Familiar with NEC contract (Option C) is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin and written English and Chines
• Proficiency in using MS Office application
