We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive, Publisher Growth to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mediation/header bidding stacks currently used by publishers and other related platforms, with a preference for candidates with existing publisher relations. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by forging strong partnerships with publishers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to optimize their monetization strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new publishers and grow existing partnerships.
- Provide thorough analysis and strategic advice to maximize publisher revenue
- Introduce new tech and solutions to assist publishers in their businesses and enhance inventory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers, understanding their business objectives and providing consultative support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that address publisher needs.
- Communicate promotions, discounts, and pricing updates to cross-functional teams for smooth implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement with publisher operations team.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the digital advertising or adtech industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships, with a preference for candidates with existing publisher relations.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising, encompassing display ads and programmatic systems.
- Experience in AdTech is beneficial, particularly with platforms catering to publishers like websites, apps, and games.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdMob is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
