Events Coordinator (5 days work)

Our regular events bring together the leading stalwarts of the financial services industry to discuss and debate topical issues affecting financial markets in Asia, Greater China Region, Asean and in other emerging markets.

  Events Coordinator

We are looking for a suitable candidate with the following qualifications:

- Higher Diploma or University graduate

- Two years of working expeirence (working in Events industry will be an advantage)

- Able to handle projects independently

- Attention to details, with strong initiative and willing to learn

- High levels of self-discipline

- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skill, good team player

- Capabilities on multitasking & work under pressure

- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Fluent in both written and spoken English & Mandarin

- Traveling might be required

Job description:

• Coordinate regular/ad hoc(internal and external) events projects: including but not limited to sending invitations, receiving RSVP, conducting lead research, etc…
• Source events materials and liaise with vendors
• Provide day-to-day clerical/administrative support to the team
• Manage databases and data input
