Business Development Executive / Manager

We are hiring Business Development professionals for our new SaaS software products. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for individuals and teams based on company sales tasks, ensuring targets are met.
• Establish and manage partnerships with local distributors, agents, and system integrators. Strengthen relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless solutions are delivered to clients. Provide feedback to the R&D team on local market needs and functional requirements.

Job Requirements:

• 2 year of sales/business development experiences in business management software or IT
• Proven track record in sales management in office SaaS software or related fields is advantage
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Good command of spoken Mandarin
• Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve high targets.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a changing market environment.
