Sales Executive – Building Materials

About the role

As a Sales Executive – Building Materials at Brotherson Project Solution Limited, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with existing and new clients. This is a full-time role based in the Tsuen Wan District, with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients to secure repeat business
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring profitability
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies
• Submitting accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
