Project Manager

We are an event and exhibition agency with professional experience in providing high quality account servicing, structural quality and event solutions from project design, project management to decoration assembly.

Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in shows, festivals, exhibitions, and conferences, along with strong connections to various stakeholders, including contractors, partners, and sponsors.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Account Servicing and Project Management, Roles include:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution of various exhibition, mall and event decoration.
• Design proposal preparation and presentation, budgeting estimation and control, client & contractor coordination, production implementation, to on-site set-up and dismantle supervision.
• Liaise with client, origanizers, and venue during the entire project to get directions in terms of project design and structural presentations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties and monitor the progress of on time and high standard delivery.
• To work with sub-contractors, vendors, production team for project preparation, budget control, project schedule and related matters.
• To supervise and manage the production of projects, e.g. monitor and QC retainment development and production progress in China. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Ensure the projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally.
• Must be able to work on and lead multiple projects in parallel.

Requirement:

• An Associate Degree holder, Bachelor Degree holder or above; and / or you have;
• 5 years of solid experience in Exhibition Industry or interior production;
• Knowledge in exhibition structure, construction and technical drawing
• Able to handle clients, sub-contractors and vendor independently
• Energetic, proactive, passionate and detail-minded
• Proven time management, negotiating and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be able to work under pressure, attention to details and a good problem solver.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese;
• Occasion travel to Mainland China is required.
