Job Description

• Formulate brand strategies & promotion, develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, social media, events and more.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with local KOLs (photographers) and vendors
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximize ROI
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities with brands, influencers, and local organizations to enhance JB Mall's visibility and expand its reach. Negotiate partnerships and manage collaboration agreements effectively
• Monitor market trends, research consumer competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities;
• Interacting with vendors for cross selling opportunities and organizing thematic promotion
• Improve brand visibility and awareness among photography channel and drive O2O (Offline-to-Online) occasion
• Work independently on budget and project timeline planning, and execute in creative briefing, media planning etc. in a timeline manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in marketing and PR
• Have a great connection and expertise in working with Influencers/KOLs/Affiliate Marketing Network across all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Best in project management, cross-functional organizational skills, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Affiliate & Influencers Marketing, Social Media Insights
• Previous experience with Wordpress, or other Content Management platform and knowledge of SEO would be a plus
• Have strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytic skills, motivated and driven to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, reliable and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced work environment
