Job Responsibilities:
- Based on company strategy, business pain point, customer research and user research to plan on designing system enhancement
- Participating for IT project related work including research, designing product prototypes and drafting product requirement
- Work with Business team and RMD team to ensure the feasibility and execution plan of IT project, collaborate with the development and testing team on development progress, control product quality. To ensure the project is implemented as planned
- Responsible for tracking IT project progress and collecting the project issue. To have an innovative and continuously iteratively mindset and working attitude
- Perform the task assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related fields
- 5 years or more of experience in financial product planning, functional design, and requirement analysis, with familiarity in stocks, bonds, funds, and futures preferred
- Understanding of the IT product development management process, with knowledge of development processes, standards, application frameworks, technical solutions, testing plans, and system architecture
- Ability to write business requirements, user stories, IT software requirement specifications, and design product prototypes based on customer needs, with skills in requirement analysis, planning, solution development, and client guidance, as well as some team management experience and capability
- Familiar with product interaction design processes, including functional analysis, user role analysis, prototype design, interface development, and usability testing
- Ability to effectively organize and advance cross-functional and cross-team collaborative projects, manage project timelines, and identify project risks
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin
关键职责:
- 基于公司战略、业务痛点、客户调研、用户研究,参与IT产品的定位、规划及顶层设计,产出解决方案。
- 参与或负责IT项目产品相关工作,包括需求调研、需求沟通、设计产品原型、编写产品需求文档等内容。
- 与业务团队、研发团队共同确认IT产品的可行性与执行方案,协同开发、测试团队工作,推动配合产品开发进度、把控产品质量并确保项目按计划落地。
- 负责跟踪IT产品运营情况,收集产品问题及相关运行数据,针对性优化产品,总结、创新、持续迭代更新改进产品。
- 执行上级不时指示的其他职责。
任职条件:
- 计算机科学、信息技术或其他IT相关领域的学士学位及以上学历。
- 五年或以上金融产品规划、功能设计、需求分析相关工作经验,熟悉股票、债券、基金、期货相关业务优先。
- 熟悉IT产品研发管理过程,对开发流程及标准、应用框架、技术方案、测试方案、系统架构有一定的了解;
- 能够根据客户需求,撰写业务需求、用户故事、IT软件需求规格说明书、设计产品原型,具备产品的需求分析和规划能力、方案产出与客户引导能力,具备一定团队管理的经验和能力;
- 熟悉产品交互设计的相关流程,包括功能分析、用户角色分析、原型设计、界面开发、易用性测试等;
- 能够有效地组织和推进跨职能、跨团队的合作项目,把控项目进度,识别项目风险;
- 优秀的中英文口语和书写能力,熟练的普通话会话水平。
