Buyer / Senior Buyer / Manager (Food)

Job Duties:

• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive price, deals and terms;
• Manage the assigned product category to drive sales and meet margin target;
• Support new business initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required
• Prepare regular reports for management review;
• Keeping up to date with forthcoming trends, making sure our product is developed in the correct direction and is relevant in the market place.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in food / retail industry;
• Knowledge of food product is required;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is required;
• Good communication skills and negotiation skill;
• Independent, multi-tasking skills, detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skill with strong market sense and awareness;
• PC knowledge (MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Chinese character) preferred;
• Occasionally worldwide travel;
• Candidate with more experience considered as Senior Buyer
