The Job:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers
- Arrange travel booking, meeting booking, visa renewal, expense processing, event coordination, etc.
- Outdoor work is required when necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
The Person:
- Diploma or above
- Willing to learn and take up responsibilities
- Systematic, detail-oriented and result-driven with ability to multi-tasks
- Presentable with outgoing and pleasant personality
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word and Chinese word processing
