Finance Manager

We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team asFinance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Assistant Financial Controller and play an integral role in managing the overall finance function of international business;
• Manage a sizable team to monitor both HK and overseas daily accounting operation including financial and management reporting, treasury, legal and tax-related issues;
• Lead the Finance team to prepare the monthly financial statements/ reporting and review the financials to ensure the reporting meet the requirement of corporate and regional office, candidate with regional exposure to overseas accounting standards will be an advantage;
• Review operational policies/procedures and make recommendations to drive management excellence;
• Ensure all the deliverables are in compliance with local statutory requirement and the reporting requirements from Corporate and Regional office;
• Supervise the finance team and closely work with regional accountants for the daily financial operations to ensure operation efficiency;
• Work closely with Region Heads on financial forecast & analysis and budget preparation;
• Assist to perform tax planning and transferred price review;
• Ensure conformance with applicable law/regulations, liaise with operational business units, legal consultant/advisors;
• Preparation of year-end audited statutory accounts and liaise with auditors;
• Review tax computations, corporate tax returns and other taxation statements for HK and regional offices;
• Be a key business partner to the Management of regional office and other functional department;
• Handle ad hoc projects to support the business growth;
• Occasional travel to China and overseas countries.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accountancy or related discipline;
• Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable companies or audit firm;
• Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Familiar with local accounting standard and statutory compliance are preferred;
• Sound knowledge in global accounting standards and taxation regulations will be an advantage;
• Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager.
