Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to General Manager – Corporate Administration & CSR
- Perform full range of office administration duties including policies and procedures review, office supplies procurement, maintenance of office facilities, document storage, security and safety
- Prepare memorandum, minutes, reports and presentation materials
- Assist the execution of Staff Engagement Activities with Year Planner
- Assist and coordinate internal and external corporate & community events and activities
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned, collaborate closely with internal and external parties to monitor sustainability related projects, initiatives and recognitions to achieve the Group’s ESG targets
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration or any business-related discipline
- At least 4 years’ solid experience in office administration in sizable organization
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-minded, mature, independent, initiative and well organized
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is mandatory
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing software is an advantage
