Senior CAMO Engineer / CAMO Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the fleet complies with all continuing airworthiness requirements as per national and international regulations (OTAR, FAA, San Marino etc.).
• Oversee the technical performance of the company fleet, including monitoring aircraft reliability and performance trends.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of required continuing airworthiness documentation and reports to the relevant authorities.
• Manage audits and inspections by regulatory authorities, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly.
• Lead and manage engineering projects related to fleet upgrades, modifications, and other technical improvements.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness management.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or production planning.
• Experience in corporate jet engineering is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure with good decision-making.
• Willing to travel frequently
