Responsibilities:

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
• Manage project lifecycle for data center projects, including planning, execution and delivery.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
• Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
• Maintain liaison with client and Architect / PMC / Consultancies / Contractors to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the RCOW / RBSE / RBSI / Contractors / Vendors to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets.
• Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervision.
• Represent company/project in meetings with client, consultants and contractors, etc.
• Review Project schedule (Microsoft Project), weekly lookahead schedule and monthly schedule update.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Perform development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets and EHS.
• Involve in coordination work with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribes budget of resources.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical/mechanical/BS engineering, project management) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Data Center construction project management experience (A&A. E&M).
• Good knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical power and cooling system.
• Being able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
