EY Greater China Branding, Marketing and Communications team is responsible for EY’s branding, public relations, and market communications activities.
Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you will directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement effective content marketing and social media strategies to engage key audiences and generate new leads.
- Craft compelling marketing collateral that authentically represents the firm's brand voice and values.
- Lead creation of engaging content across channels such as the company website, social platforms, email, and events.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and continuously enhance the marketing approach.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring milestones are met and campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as liaison between Marketing and other departments to foster collaboration.
- Independently managing other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Be able to multi-task and work within tight timeline.
- Strong sense of budget management.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- University graduate majoring in marketing, journalism, communications, English, economics or business-related disciplines.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in market communications gained from multinational corporations, preferably professional services organizations, or marketing agencies.
- In-depth understanding of market communications in professional services industry.
- Excellent copywriting skills to prepare program-related content, such as event invitations and social media posts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to details.
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to manage cross-team liaison.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Excellent and comprehensive project management skills covering both physical and virtual events.
- Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
