職位描述

Position Summary:

The appointee should demonstrate ability to perform the following functions:

  1. Perform full Customer Service function in a professional manner;
  2. Handle daily transactions in Front Desk;
  3. Organize and co-ordinate seasonal marketing and promotional events in the centre;
  4. Provide support to the management team and teachers; and
  5. Any other tasks assigned that deems to be appropriate.

Requirements:

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  1. Working experience in customer service / education sector is advantageous;
  2. Good communications and written skills in English and Chinese;
  3. Friendly and patient with children;
  4. Customer-service mindset and able to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
  5. Meticulous and efficient, be self-motivated and proactive.
