Senior Property & Leasing Officer (Residential & Commercial)

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma graduate in Property or Real Estate
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in property company
• Solid experience in property management and leasing processing
• Previous experience in residential and commercial property is required
• Sound knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and regulations
• Independent, self-initiative, dynamics, energetic with good interpersonal skills
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle the property management matters for residential and commercial property
• Coordinate renovation projects, repair and maintenance works with contractors
• Provide support on leasing documentations, takeover and handover of premises
• Handle tenants lease negotiation including new lease, renewals and rent reviews
• Provide prompt and courteous services to tenants on handling enquiries & complaints
