Project Engineer

FUNVILLE LTD is a fast growing Western Toy company, developing its own innovative products and sourcing a wide range of lines to buyers’ specifications.

PROJECT ENGINEER MANAGER/ SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

FOR SOFT/HARD TOYS – MECHANICAL AND BATTERY OPERATED:

Requirements: 

• University Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years working experience in toys trading or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling soft, hard toys, mechanical and battery operated.
• Strong technical skill with experience in costing and tooling
• Able to source factories and special material when requested.
• Familiar with US, Europe and other major int’l market’s toys quality and safety requirements
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Occasionally trip to China, Asia

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support in product development from concept stage to production stage
• Prepare engineering documents for costing and operations
• Monitor the development progress till the product is released to production
• Coordinate the work among departments during development stage
• Conduct cost and failure analysis for product improvement
• Respond to customers technical enquires and liaise with factories
