Tasks and duties:
-Developing and implementing operational policies and strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
-Managing day-to-day business and sales operations.
-Utilising performance metrics to gauge operational efficiency, identify problem areas and implement corrective measures.
-Ensuring the company's operations comply with laws and regulations, and maintaining standards for health and safety.
-Managing and leading a team of employees, including hiring, new staff onboarding , leave application , petty cash handling , performance evaluation and professional development.
-Liaising with other department heads to ensure coordinated efforts and efficient operations.
-Continuously looking for opportunities to cut costs and improve operational efficiency while ensuring high quality product or service output.
-Handling all office material and amenities
-Managing all company projects data base, provide accurate data for company meeting and CEO reviews.
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Excellent in Using excel / database system / Google Drive
•⁠ ⁠Excellent Communication Skill and ⁠Deep understanding of Team Management.
•⁠ ⁠Min 2 Years of managerial experience within the related field is a plus.
•⁠ ⁠Has a strategic mindset that can easily understand the "big picture".
•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Sensitive to data and numbers which Good at provide accurate data analysis in presentation.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Attentive and careful in all minor stuff and every company
