Merchandising Clerk 文員

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Merchandising Clerk to join our team at Goldfully Bedroom Article Limited in Fo Tan Sha Tin District.

This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

Job Duties:

• Assist the team in daily routine work and provide clerical support
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and reports
• Assist in project coordination with internal and external customers
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Handle general administrative and clerical support, e.g. filing, data entries
• Assist other duties and ad hoc duties as require
• Conduct phone calls to clients to schedule appointment

工作範疇：

• 協助團隊進行日常工作並提供文書支援
• 準備及整理採購訂單、發票及報告
• 協助內部和外部客戶項目協調
• 管理和更新所有採購單據同記錄
• 處理一般行政和文書支援，例如歸檔、數據輸入
• 根據上司安排處理工作

• 需要透過電話與客戶進行預約

What we're looking for

• F.5 or above with at least 3 years working experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and with good interpersonal skills
• Hard working and willing to learn
• Self-motivated, well-organized & independent
• Able to use computers and documents, type in Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is preferable
• Experience in handling retail and wholesale orders is preferred
