Job Duties
- Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operation
- Perform administrative & clerical support duties and other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
- F.5 / HKDSEE or certificate in related disciplines
- 1 year or above clerical / customer services experience in Property Management (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Hands-on experience in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hard-working with pleasant personality and being a good team-player
- Immediately available is highly preferred
